According to the I-Ching – the Chinese Book of Changes – life is always in motion, is dynamic, and ever changing. I-Ching has been used as a book of divination and source of wisdoms for more than three thousands years and has guided countless generations as they move through their lives.

At the same time, a parallel spiritual technique was in use across east and south Asia. How does one face the invariable changes in life, and how does one manage a mind that is constantly changing? One of the keys to answer these questions is to gain awareness of the changes of breath, attending to the breath, using the power of the breath as the BREATH OF CHANGE.

Yee-Ching Lee, who has studied ancient eastern philosophy and practices, now brings these two disciples together.

By observing the breath, we give it the freedom to expand and contact, exhale and inhale, and gain awareness of the ying and yang of the breath, In the BREATH OF CHANGE techniques, the natural rhythms of the breath are simply observed, allowing breath to serve as a guide, changing and transforming thoughts and emotions. One learns to live life fully and enjoy only peace, love and joy at every given moment, living one’s life to its greatest potential, and permitting each individual the opportunity to create the intended reality of their life.
