Adis was born in El Salvador and now lives in Mexico. She brings to her art a polychromatic world in which life acts as an irrepressible manifastation of earthly things, of journeys of feelings and passions. The simplicity of nature is combined with pure and strong colors in almost jungle-like settings.
Adis' art expands many different categories: design and weaving, oil and acrylic, sculpture, silkscreen and Washi Zoo-Kei, the Japanese technique of plastic art on handmade paper. Adis art has been shown throughout South and North America.
