Listen is an amazing combination of deep Congolese gospel mixed with modern rhythms. Diakiesse was brought into gospel at a young age and inspired by one of the monuments of Congolese music, Madiata.
Diakiesse is an icon in Congolese gospel, called " the Pavarotti of Africa." Each of his concerts attracts thousands of people in Africa and in Europe. Recently on tour in the UK, Diakiesse's concert was broadcast by the UK's Channel 4.
